The 3-in-1 low-irritant scalp cleansing toner maintains an optimal scalp condition through simple rinse-free cleansing and oil-water balance care.
Directions
Open the lid of this product, remove the cap, and then fasten the enclosed cap.
When scalp is dry, dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad and wipe off impurities. Then, lightly pat scalp to promote the absorption of the remaining toner into scalp or dry it with cool air.
